{Baby Bottom Spray}
Most sprays and creams you purchase in stores are loaded with chemicals and components that you can't even pronounce. And often times they seem to make already sore bottoms look even more raw. With this recipe you can make your own bottom spray. You can use this with cloth wipes or soft paper-towels (like Viva). Not only will this heal baby's bottom, but prevent future rashes!
1/4 cup Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO)
5 drops doTERRA Melaleuca
5 drops doTERRA Lavender
5 drops doTERRA Roman Chamomile
Witch Hazel
Combine the FCO and the doTERRA (CPTG) Essential Oils in a small spray bottle. Gently swirl to mix. Fill the rest of the way with witch hazel (you can use water, but the witch hazel has soothing properties that will enhance the essential oils).
Melaleuca - antiseptic and antifungal (kills candida/yeast infections)
Lavender - analgesic (pain reliever), antibacterial, and antifungal
Roman Chamomile - anti-inflammatory, disinfectant, and analgesic
